Add External Training Records 

Use External training to record face-to-face accreditations or other non-Allara certificates against a learner’s profile.

Steps Overview

  1. Admin menu (gear) → External trainingAdmin menu (gear) → External training
  2. Click Report new training activity
  3. In the pop-up, complete the mandatory fields: Assign to, Course title, Date
  4. Add Score, Training hours, Training institute, and Upload file or certificate/evidence (Optional)
  5. Click Confirm to save.

 

1. Open External training

  • From the Admin menu (gear icon), find Apps & features → External training → Manage.

2. Start a new record

  • On the External training page, click Report new training activity.




3. Complete the training details

In the pop-up, fill in:

  • Assign to*: Start typing the learner’s email/name and select them.
  • Course title*: A clear name of the accreditation/training.
  • Date*: The completion date of the external training.


4. Optional (recommended where applicable):

  • Course type: E-learning or ILT (use the closest fit).
  • Training institute: Provider name.
  • Score / Training hours: If relevant for compliance.
  • Certificate (Upload file): Add the evidence (PDF/JPG/PNG/Doc).
  • Certifications & retraining: Link if your org uses certifications.

5. Click Confirm to save the entry.

Note:
  • Where it appears: The record is stored under External training and tied to the learner’s profile for reporting.
  • Permissions needed: Power users require External training access for this. Reach out to helpdesk@allaraglobal.com for access changes.
  • Entries are added one learner at a time.
