FoundU Integration Setup Guide

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an Integration Key for FoundU Integration

Note: Please create 2 integration keys, one called ‘Development’ and one called ‘Production’, and indicate which is which when you send them to us.

1. In the side menu in FoundU, go to Integrations > Integration Centre. Once in the Integration Centre click ‘Make a custom Integration’.

2. On the permissions page, select the following permissions:

People:

  • Access People List
  • Access Employee Records
  • Edit Employee Details and Configuration
Operations:
  • Operation List
Platform Settings:
  • Access Compliance Records List
  • Access Tag Library

3. On the next screen, enter the name and description of the integration, along with an email address for the integration key to be sent to. You can also confirm that you have the correct permissions set.

4. You will receive an email with the integration key, it will be a string of letters and numbers. Please send this key to us and we will use it for the integration.
