Course Locked/Stuck — For Learners

Steps to follow when your course/training is stuck.

Overview

  1. Check your enrollment
  2. Complete prerequisites
  3. Course not moving forward (Most common reason)
  4. Ask your manager/admin

1. Check your enrollment
  • Go to My Activities → Courses.
  • If you don’t see Enrolled, ask your manager/admin to enroll you.

2. Complete prerequisites
  • If the course is inside a Learning Plan, open the plan and finish the previous item(s) first.

3. Course not moving forward (Most common reason)
  • If you're in the middle of a course and are unable to move to the next page, it is mostly because you may have missed some mandatory items on that page like:
    • Quizzes: attempt and pass all quizzes.
    • Videos: watch them till end without forwarding it.
    • Info Boxes: click through all the info boxes/cards, sometimes you need to click them to flip or reveal info.

4. Ask your manager/admin
  • If none of the above work, share the course name, a screenshot or recording of the issue, and your branch/location.
