Course Locked/Stuck — For Learners
Steps to follow when your course/training is stuck.
Overview
- Check your enrollment
- Complete prerequisites
- Course not moving forward (Most common reason)
- Ask your manager/admin
- Go to My Activities → Courses.
- If you don’t see Enrolled, ask your manager/admin to enroll you.
- If the course is inside a Learning Plan, open the plan and finish the previous item(s) first.
- If you're in the middle of a course and are unable to move to the next page, it is mostly because you may have missed some mandatory items on that page like:
- Quizzes: attempt and pass all quizzes.
- Videos: watch them till end without forwarding it.
- Info Boxes: click through all the info boxes/cards, sometimes you need to click them to flip or reveal info.
- If none of the above work, share the course name, a screenshot or recording of the issue, and your branch/location.
