Downloading Certificates for User(s)

Guide for admins to export issued certificates for one or more users

Steps Overview

  1. Open the Users page
  2. Select the user
  3. Open Export certificate history
  4. Confirm the export settings
  5. Export & Download the certificates


1. Open the Users Page

  • Go to the Admin Menu (gear icon on the top right)

  • Open the Users page.

2. Select the User

  • Find the user(s) whose certificates you want to download.
  • Tick the checkbox next to their name.

** To download certificates for multiple users, tick the checkboxes for each required user instead. The rest of the process stays the same.

3. Open Export Certificate History

  • Click the green button at the bottom right labelled as Choose Action, select Export certificate history.

  • A panel will open on the right-hand side.

4. Confirm the Export Settings

  • Check that your email address is correct.

  • Click Next to continue.

If prompted, choose whether to include additional learning data with the export.

5. Export & Download the Certificates

  • Click Export.

  • You'll receive an email shortly with the link to download the certificates for the user(s).
