Quickly notify learners or teams using the built-in Email Composer in Course Management.
Steps Overview
- Open the Email Composer
- Enter Address Details
- Compose Subject & Message
- Use Personalisation Tokens
- Send the Email
- Video Demo

- In Course Management, select your course.
- Click Send Email (opens the slide-out panel).
- From: must be helpdesk@allaraglobal.com
- CC: add any additional recipient addresses (optional)
3. Compose Subject & Message
- Fill in the Subject line.
- Type and format your message body (HTML or plain text).
- Insert shortcodes to auto-populate user and course data:
- [first_name], [last_name], [email]
- [course_name], [course_link], etc.
- Click Send.
- Emails to >20 recipients are queued and processed in the background.
