You can send an email to your team from the course management section.
Use this option to send an email to users. When composing the email, a slideout panel will open where you can
1. Enter the sender's email address (must be helpdesk@allaraglobal.com).
2. Add a CC email address (if needed).
3. Fill in the subject line.
4. Write and format your message.
Note:
When embedding videos (via a link or HTML), test the email beforehand, as recipients may see them differently depending on their email provider.
The following shortcodes are available for personalisation:
- [username] = username of the user
- [first_name] = first name of the user (if set)
- [last_name] = last name of the user (if set)
- [email] = email name of the user (if set)
- [course_code] = code of the course (if set)
- [course_name] = title of the course
- [course_description] = description of the course
- [course_link] = link to land directly in the course when clicked
For email batches larger than 20, a background job will process them automatically.
Important: Ensure the sender's email address is always helpdesk@allaraglobal.com to ensure reliable delivery.
