Deactivating Your Account

A quick guide to closing your Allara Global user account when you no longer need access.

Steps Overview

  1. Confirm Your Status
  2. Notify Your Manager (If Applicable)
  3. Submit a Deactivation Request
  4. Receive Confirmation



1. Confirm Your Status

  • Verify that you’re no longer required to have an Allara Global account.

2. Notify Your Manager (If Applicable)

  • If you were granted access by your organization, ask the manager to approve your deactivation.

 3. Submit a Deactivation Request

  • Email helpdesk@allaraglobal.com with:
    • Subject: “Account Deactivation Request”
    • Body: Your full name & account email

4. Receive Confirmation

  • The Support Team will process your request and deactivate your account within 1 business day.
  • You’ll receive an email once your account has been closed.
