      Downloading Your Certificate of Completion

      Grab your course or learning-plan certificate via email or directly in the platform.

      1. Use the Email Link
      • After completing a certificate-eligible course or learning plan, you’ll get an email titled “Your Certificate Is Ready”.
      • Open that email and click the Download Certificate link.

      2. Download from My Activities
      • In the top-right menu, select My Activities.
      • Choose the Courses or Learning Plans tab.
      • Find the completed item and click the 🎓 Certificate icon at the end of its row.
