Easily add individuals, branches or groups to any e-learning course—optionally with time-limited access.
Steps Overview
- Open Course Management
- Select Course & Enrolments Tab
- Click Manage Enrolments → Enrol Users
- Pick Users, Branches or Groups
- (Optional) Set Access Window
- Confirm Enrolment
- Video Demonstration
- Click the gear icon (Admin Menu) → E-Learning → Course Management
- Locate your course in the list and click its Title/Description
- Switch to the Enrolments tab
- Hit Manage enrolments (top right) → Enrol users
- In the slide-out, tick individual Users, Branches or Groups
- Note: selecting a parent branch does not auto-include sub-branches—you must select each branch you want
- Toggle Enable validity period and choose Start/End dates
- After the end date, the course remains visible but is inaccessible
- Click Next, review selections, then Confirm
- Enrolments > 20 will queue via background job
