• Your username is the exact email you used to sign up (or that your employer provided).

• If your access was set up by your employer, check which email they used for your Allara Global account.
• Ask your manager or IT administrator to confirm the address on file.
  
  

3. Contact Support If Needed

• If you still can’t determine your username, email helpdesk@allaraglobal.com with:
  • Your full name
  • The organization you’re employed by
  • The specific venue or department (if applicable)
• Our Support Team will reply within 1 business day with your account details.
