I requested a Password Reset Link but didn't receive an email. What should I do?

Check that the password reset email hasn't gone to your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, it is likely that the email address you entered in the password reset form is not linked to an active Allara Global account.

Refill the password reset form with another email address. If you are part of an organisation, your Allara Global account will likely be linked to whichever email address you provided to your employer.

  • your full name
  • the organisation you are employed by, and the venue you work at, if applicable.
