Resetting your Password
1. Access the Password Reset Form
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Submit Your Email Address
- Enter the email address tied to your account.
- Click SEND RESET LINK.
3. Follow the Reset Link
- Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for an email titled “Reset Your Allara Global Password.”
- Click the link in that email and enter a new password
In case you don’t find/access your password reset link:
1. Troubleshoot Missing Reset Email
- Check spam/junk folders—the reset email may have been filtered.
Verify your email entry—ensure you used the address linked to your Allara Global account. Use the email your employer registered with Allara Global.
- Re-submit the reset form if you suspect a typo or multiple addresses on file.
2. Contact Support if Problems Persist
- Email helpdesk@allaraglobal.com with:
- Your full name and account email
- The organization and venue you’re affiliated with (if relevant)
- A screenshot or exact text of any error message if applicable
- Our Support Team will respond within 1 business day.
