A quick guide to moving your existing Allara Global account from one organization to another without losing your progress.

1. Gather Your Information

Before you reach out, make sure you have:

  • Your full name as registered in Allara Global
  • The email address tied to your account
  • Your old & new employing organization (and venue/location, if applicable)
  • Your current job role or position

 2. Email the Support Team

Send a message to helpdesk@allaraglobal.com with:

  • Subject: “Account Transfer Request”
  • Body: List the details from Step 1

3. Await Confirmation & Access

  • Our Support Team will:
    • Update your account’s organization affiliation
  • You’ll receive an email—typically within 1 business day—confirming your transfer and any next steps if needed
