Quick fixes when a finished course isn’t marked as complete.

  2. Retry on another browser or device
  3. Contact Support with details

1. Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies
  • Visit https://clear-my-cache.com/ for instructions.
  • Select Cached images and files (and cookies) and clear.
  • Refresh the LMS and check your course status again.


2. Retry on Another Browser or Device
  • Open the course in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) or use our mobile app.
  • This isolates browser-specific cache, plugin or compatibility issues.


3. Contact Support with Details
  • Email helpdesk@allaraglobal.com if the issue persists.
  • Include:
    • Course name & URL
    • A screenshot of the incomplete status
    • Browsers/devices you’ve tried, and steps taken
