Overview
- Clear your browser cache & cookies
- Retry on another browser or device
- Contact Support with details
- Visit https://clear-my-cache.com/ for instructions.
- Select Cached images and files (and cookies) and clear.
- Refresh the LMS and check your course status again.
- Open the course in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) or use our mobile app.
- This isolates browser-specific cache, plugin or compatibility issues.
- Email helpdesk@allaraglobal.com if the issue persists.
- Include:
- Course name & URL
- A screenshot of the incomplete status
- Browsers/devices you’ve tried, and steps taken
