Resetting One or Multiple Learners' Enrollment Status
Guide to resetting learners' enrollment to complete the course again. This action removes their current progress, including if the enrollment is In Progress or Completed and can't be undone.
Steps Overview
- Open the Course/Learning Plan Enrollments page
- Find the learner
- Archive the current enrollment
- Re-enroll the learner and reset tracking
- Confirm the reset
1. Open the Course/Learning Plan Enrollments Page

Go to the relevant course in Course Management or Learning Plans (access through Admin Menu, gear icon on top right).

Open the ENROLLMENTS tab.
2. Find the Learner
- Locate the learner whose enrollment you want to reset.
- If there are multiple learners we want to reset enrollment for select by ticking the checkbox next to their username.
3. Archive the Current Enrollment

Single: From the learner’s row, open the action menu by clicking the ellipsis button (⋮), then click Archive.
- Multiple: Click the green Choose Action button at bottom right and click Archive.
4. Re-enroll the Learner and Reset Tracking

In the Archive enrollment pop-up:
- Select Archive and re-enroll
- Tick Reset the tracking of the course training material
This will clear the learner’s existing course progress and create a fresh enrollment so they need to complete the course again.
5. Confirm the Reset (Can't be undone)

Click ARCHIVE ENROLLMENT.
