Unenroll Users from a Learning Plan

How to remove one or many learners from a learning plan (Only for Power Users/Managers with access).

Steps Overview

  1. Open the relevant Learning Plan
  2. Go to Enrolments
  3. Unenroll a single user (⋮ → Unenroll)
  4. Unenroll multiple users (multi-select → Choose Action → Unenroll)
  5. Set what happens to course enrolments

1. Open the relevant Learning Plan

  • Admin menu (gear icon) → Learning Plans → select the learning plan.

2. Go to Enrolments

  • Open the Enrolments tab and search the learner(s) (email is best).

3. Unenroll a single user

  • In the user’s row, click the ellipsis (⋮)Unenroll.

4. Unenroll multiple users

  • Tick the checkboxes beside each learner.
  • Click the green “Choose Action” button (bottom-right) → Unenroll.

5. Set what happens to course enrolments

  • A prompt with 3 tick boxes will appear when you click unenroll button (previous step). These options will ascertain whether the user will be unenrolled from the courses within the learning plan.
  • We recommend ticking all three options in the confirmation modal, so their progress is preserved if they return to the training later. See options below:
    • ☐ Unenroll the selected users also from the courses assigned to the learning plan.
    • ☐ Do not unenroll users from courses they have completed.
    • ☐ Do not unenroll users from courses they have in progress.
  • Click Unenroll to confirm.
