Scheduling a Custom Report

Set up your report to run automatically and be delivered by email on a recurring timetable.

After creating a custom report...

Steps Overview

  1. Enable Scheduling
  2. Set Frequency & Start Time
  3. Add Recipients

1. Enable Scheduling
  • Open your custom report and click the Schedule tab.
  • Toggle Enable scheduling for this report to On.

2. Set Frequency & Start Time
  • Frequency: enter a number and choose Days, Weeks, or Months.
  • From: pick the date for the first automated run.
  • Start Time: select the hour (e.g. 09:00) when the report should be generated.
3. Add Recipients
  • In Recipients, type each email address and press Enter (up to 25 addresses).
  • These users will receive a download link by email.

4. Adjust Delivery Options
  • Switch to the Properties tab if you have external recipients.
  • Uncheck Login required to download the report so they can access it without logging in.
  • Note: Links expire 30 days after sending.

5. Save Your Schedule
  • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  • Your report will now run and email its download link according to your schedule.
