Set up your report to run automatically and be delivered by email on a recurring timetable.
After creating a custom report...
Steps Overview
- Enable Scheduling
- Set Frequency & Start Time
- Add Recipients
- Adjust Delivery Options
- Save Your Schedule
- Video Demonstration
- Open your custom report and click the Schedule tab.
- Toggle Enable scheduling for this report to On.
- Frequency: enter a number and choose Days, Weeks, or Months.
- From: pick the date for the first automated run.
- Start Time: select the hour (e.g. 09:00) when the report should be generated.
- In Recipients, type each email address and press Enter (up to 25 addresses).
- These users will receive a download link by email.
- Switch to the Properties tab if you have external recipients.
- Uncheck Login required to download the report so they can access it without logging in.
- Note: Links expire 30 days after sending.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Your report will now run and email its download link according to your schedule.
