Unenroll Users from a Course

Removing one or many learners from a course (Power Users/Managers with access).

Important Notes

  • Progress is lost: Unenrolling deletes the learner’s course progress from their training record and your reports. If re-enrolled later, they start from zero.
  • Learning plan constraint: If the learner is enrolled in a Learning Plan that includes this course, unenroll will fail with an error.

 

Steps Overview

  1. Open Course through Course Management
  2. Go to Enrollments
  3. Unenroll a single user (⋮ → Unenroll)
  4. Unenroll multiple users (multi-select → Choose Action → Unenroll)


1. Open Course Management

  • Admin menu (gear) → Course Management → find & select the course.

2. Go to Enrollments

  • Open the Enrollments tab.
  • Search the learner(s) - preferably by email.

3. Unenroll a single user

  • In the user’s row, click the ellipsis (⋮)Unenroll.
  • Confirm the action.

4. Unenroll multiple users

  • Tick the checkboxes beside each learner.
  • Click the green “Choose Action” button (bottom-right) → Unenroll.
  • Confirm the action.
