Unenroll Users from a Course
Removing one or many learners from a course (Power Users/Managers with access).
Important Notes
- Progress is lost: Unenrolling deletes the learner’s course progress from their training record and your reports. If re-enrolled later, they start from zero.
- Learning plan constraint: If the learner is enrolled in a Learning Plan that includes this course, unenroll will fail with an error.
Steps Overview
- Open Course through Course Management
- Go to Enrollments
- Unenroll a single user (⋮ → Unenroll)
- Unenroll multiple users (multi-select → Choose Action → Unenroll)
1. Open Course Management
- Admin menu (gear) → Course Management → find & select the course.
2. Go to Enrollments
- Open the Enrollments tab.
- Search the learner(s) - preferably by email.
3. Unenroll a single user
- In the user’s row, click the ellipsis (⋮) → Unenroll.
- Confirm the action.
4. Unenroll multiple users
- Tick the checkboxes beside each learner.
- Click the green “Choose Action” button (bottom-right) → Unenroll.
- Confirm the action.
